This week we have a special treat in the form of a conversation with Sujata Massey, the award winning author of the Rei Shimura mystery series. Sujata has now turned her pen to a different genre and she and I talk about her historical suspense novel "The Sleeping Dictionary" being released today (Tuesday, August 20).

The launch party for the book is being held at the bookstore "Once Upon a Crime" on Lyndale and 26th and starts at 7 pm. Sujata will be signing copies of her book at the event so here is a great opportunity to purchase a copy, meet with her, and have the book signed.

To honor the Bengali context of Sujata's book, several Bengali songs are included in this playlist.
